Overhung Eccentric Slotter Machine is used to produce Slots (Box Flaps) on the Board after Creasing and Cutting process done by Four Bar Rotary Creaser and Cutting Machine. 3 numbers of Slotting Blades and One Corner Cutting Blade is provided for Stitching or Pasting Margin (Side Flap) on the box.

Prepared by heavy duty CI Casting walls and heavy duty Feeding Table for accurate feeding of sheet to the slotter. High Carbon, High Chrome Blades are provided with perforated tooth for making Slots smooth and precise.

The eccentric movement is designed on cam working principle with electric motor and starter. This eccentric movement of upper shaft keeps the dwell time for depth of cut of the board and withdrawing back after the slot is done perfectly. The 4 sets of slotter blades move down & upwords on board occurs impact load, which produce good quality slot on board.

The dies are adjustable with moves easily as per required slot depth. Feeding table is provided with gauges for accurate support to the board while feeding.
